This feature helps you to create an account for your staff on the software, assign roles and also designate a location. It creates an avenue for your staff to be able to log into the software and access the permission which you have granted them.
For instance, if you have a staff and whose designation is cashier, there is a need to create a role with cashier permission and assign it to that particular staff. When he/she logs in, he will access the cashier’s permission granted.
